We act as a lead generation and charter brokerage support business for charter companies, connecting customers to trusted third-party yacht operators and partners. We do not operate the yachts directly.
For the purposes of the UK GDPR, we are generally a Data Controller for the data we collect from you, and in some cases may act as a Data Processor when we process enquiries on behalf of our partners.
